My clients and my community and my business need me. And I need my clients and my community and my business.
It’s amazing not only how regularly the dynamics of our day to day as a leader or business owner or entrepreneur can shift, but also how clearly they come into focus at times. Twice now this year (2018) I have put a lot of work and effort into staging and hosting events. Both were successful. Both were impactful. Both were fulfilling.
But at the conclusion of each I immediately knew in my heart and in my gut what I needed to do next. The fact that it’s so clear to me each time teaches me a lot.
Leading a movement to help or impact others (be it 10 people or 10,000 people) is not about steps and instructions. It’s about growth and learning and flexibility and adjustments and tweaks. There is no manual. There is only constant evolution.
For the next several months I am going to focus on my clients, my content, my programs, my community, and growing my community more than on putting on events. So many people are stuck or frustrated and need help with creating the career they love, and I owe it to them to help. No one told me to do this. I just know. It’s part of my evolution and growth.
My clients and community need me. I need them. Who needs you right now? Does someone need to tell you, or do you already know the answer?
